/01 Discovery & Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your brand, vision, and goals. This is where we explore your aesthetic, messaging, and how photography can best support your brand.
/02 Creative Direction & Planning
From mood boards to shot lists, we refine the vision, plan locations, styling, and ensure every detail aligns with your brand’s identity.
/03 Photography
With a relaxed yet intentional approach, I capture your brand in its most natural and compelling light—whether it's products, people, or behind-the-scenes moments. You can either send your products to me for a combination of in-studio and lifestyle photography, or we can organise a shoot day to collaborate and capture your brand together.
/04 Editing & Refinement
Every image is thoughtfully edited to maintain consistency, colour, and mood, enhancing the story without feeling over-processed.
/05 Delivery & Implementation
You receive high-quality, ready-to-use images in a format suited for web, social, or print, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into your brand’s content strategy.
Pricing guide
This pricing guide offers a baseline, but every project is different. If you have specific needs or a unique vision, get in touch to discuss a tailored approach.
Hourly Rate / Image Set:
$350 per set (20 images / 1 hour of shoot time)
The first 20 images are studio-based.
If you wish to only purchase 20 location-based images, the cost is $400.
For multiple locations, each additional location requires a minimum of one additional set.
Additional Costs
Brand Exclusive Image Rights:
$50 per hour for exclusive rights. This cost will be added to the standard shoot rate.
Travel
Within 40km Radius of Byron Bay:
No charge for travel time or fuel.
40–100km Outside of Byron Bay:
Fixed fee of $100 for travel time and fuel.
100km+ Local Travel: Travel costs are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Interstate or Flight-required Travel: The client covers all travel costs (flights, accommodation, transport) plus a per diem of $400 per day for travel days.
Rush Fees:
30% additional charge on the total shoot cost for expedited delivery - turn images around in under 72 hours.
Model Fees
If your project requires models, all model costs will be covered by the client and incorporated into the final session cost.
Studio Rental Fees
Studio rental and equipment outside of my usual setup - costs will be covered by the client.
